As Christians we are disciples and followers of Christ. Thus, our mission must be no different than the mission of our Leader. Jesus said, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.” – Luke 19:10
The mission of Iglesia Del Camino is to seek out the lost so that they will experience the saving grace and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. This mission will be accomplished as we live out our purpose.
The religious rulers of the day asked Jesus’ disciples: “Why does He eat with the tax collectors and sinners?” On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” – Mark 2:16-17
